Joint Mobility & Flexibility is a large factor involved in rehabilitation and overall strength. You will be assessed by a Strength & Conditioning Coach using FMS testing to score your mobility and flexibility. From herer the S&C coach will advise on how best to change up your gym/exercise routine to meet your specific goals.
Whether you have an injury and are looking to establish what the root cause of the issue is or would like a more general analysis of your posture, spine, body symmetries, our Osteopath will ensure that all findings are explained to you in detail with an action plan put in place.
