Full Spinal, Postural, and Body Analysis

We’ll conduct a comprehensive analysis of your spine, posture, and overall body alignment. This assessment helps us identify any imbalances, weaknesses, or areas that could lead to pain or injury. We’ll use this data to guide your training and recovery.

Flexibility & Movement Assessment

How well your body moves and how flexible you are is crucial for injury prevention and performance. Our flexibility and movement assessment will highlight areas where your body could be more mobile, ensuring that you train effectively and safely.

1:1 Personal Training Session

Experience a one-on-one personal training session where we’ll work directly with you to evaluate your fitness level, demonstrate exercises tailored to your needs, and begin building a training plan that works for your body. This session is a hands-on approach to kickstart your journey toward better health.

Tailored Pre-Workout Stretch & Mobility Routine

To optimize your workouts and prevent injury, we’ll provide you with a personalized pre-workout stretching and mobility routine. This routine is designed to target the areas of your body that need the most attention, improving your range of motion and preparing your muscles for exercise.

Extensive Report of Findings

After your assessment, you’ll receive an in-depth report that details the findings from each part of your evaluation. This includes specific recommendations for improving your posture, flexibility, strength, and mobility.
